Bank manager & several of the banks employees at the first convenience bank inside the Kroger at altamesa & mccart in fort worth TX have been & are so rude to my wife & other customers that we have chosen to change our account to our credit union where we have a couple other accounts the first chance I have from My job. My wife started with your parent company fort hood national in 1972. It's truly sad that all is being spouted about customer service when in reality it is pick & choose who people wish to give good customer service to as well as just being professional.
