When calling toll free to speak to someone in customer service, the representative that answer my call was Ana and she couldn't help me at all. I will never book a trip with this company again. I have a itinerary with confirmation of what I had purchased and this company doesn't have it in their system. How does someone book a trip, prints out a itinerary and now the last day of our vacation when taking our paid for transportation the company system doesn't of a record of it.Posted on Aug 21, 2016

RE: Booking # GW/87723NGW/87723N On August 11, 2015 myself and my family arrived at the Riu Montego Bay in Jamaica looking forward to a great vacation. This was all ruined as we entered our assigned room. This room was worse than a hotel room. We were all very disappointed and our first experience with GOGO Vacations was probably our last. Hopefully, GOGO can amicably resolve this issue and make this not our last. I believe GOGO overbooked us. The room had three (3) single beds to accommodate five (5) people. This was unbelievable, no accommodation for five people to dwell. How can you book a room for five people with one bathroom, one closet, one sink, and the list goes on? The resort could not do anything for us as this is what GOGO booked. We were told that GOGO knows what the rooms look like as they are allowed free vacation with their families to preview the resort.
