I've had my paycard for a few weeks now, still cannot activate it. I have called several times and every time I am told my "enrollment information is not updated. I have asked my general manager and he does not know how to help me either.Posted on Sep 11, 2016

I don't understand how u can hold or block someone's money when it doesn't belong to you. I tried to give you guys a second chance because I didn't want to deal with the banks. Skylight is far worse than any bank. I've been lied to and basically tricked into reactivating the card due to false information. This has caused me so many problems that I'm ready to take you guys to small claims court. This is ridiculous.Posted on Jul 12, 2016

I hit the wrong bottom on the deal I wasn't trying to give Permission For y'all to charge 8 extra dollars for over drift.Posted on Jul 01, 2016

This is terrible. I can't even activate my card & I get paid tomorrow' plus I have bills that need to be paid. there needs to be a way to speak with a representative. This is by far the worst & most difficult experience dealing with a pay card.Posted on May 02, 2016
